I actually received an email from a randomn person at my work last week and they not only typed the word youse but they typed it like this..

That is an excellent question Lisa.
I think they were attempting to avoid creating a word that might otherwise be pronounced to rhyme with 'mouse', however I don't think they've succeeded.
But let's all espouse this new spelling.
