Hallowe'en is obviously the best time of year to make use of submissive chihuahuas.
Provided, of course, you have another dog who can snarl on cue.
Pugs are also highly useful during this season.

Try as I might but my shepherd wouldn't sit still long enough to get the tinkerbell suit on. Dang just after I'd gone and bought a great big bloody suitcase/handbag to carry him around in too. Its sad how people spend good money on clothing for their dogs when there are all those sad little monkeys in 3rd world countries that don't have anything decent to wear.
